Custom-made vest from Bling Boutique, approximately a Women's Lg/XL. Black base with royal blue and silver in a super flattering design - comes with royal blue shirt shown. The vest is in good condition with limited to no signs of wear. The base material is medium weight with about 4" of stretch.
