Deb Moyer Vest Set - Womens Small

Classic black base vest set from Deb Moyer, approximately a Women's Small. Accent colors are royal blue, silver, and a lighter aqua/sky blue. Comes with back zip top (has shoulder pads) and vest. This set is in gently used condition with minimal signs of wear. Base material has varying amounts of stretch but can be altered.
