Neon Lights - Womens Small

“Neon Lights!” Stand out in this one of a kind piece! Black, lime green, hot pink, and gray designs with fun fringe spread throughout. No tag inside. This is a well made piece in good condition with very few signs of wear (I couldn’t really find any). It’s clean and ready to go show. Base material has has about 2” of stretch throughout the body but none through the hips. I would call it a medium weight jacket, it’s not overly heavy.
